How to Personalize
Choose your letter from the menu. Every necklace includes the heart and green cat eye charms – only the initial changes.
Most AVYRONA pieces are made from stainless steel with 18K gold plating – waterproof, tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic, nickel-free and lead-free. Shower, swim or hit the gym – no need to take it off. Materials for each piece are listed in the description.
1-year warranty: every piece is covered for one year from delivery against manufacturing defects – such as a broken clasp, a loose stone or plating that wears off under normal use. Email avyrona.store@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll repair or replace it. Loss, accidental damage and misuse are not covered.
Care: wipe with the included polishing cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Pieces with enamel, crystals or beads should be handled gently.
Free US shipping & tracked delivery: processing takes 1–2 business days and delivery takes 3–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
